You can create groups (eg: VIP customers), sub-groups (eg: Branch A, Branch B, Branch C), sub-sub group (eg: Female & Male for Branch A Customers), and etc

To import from excel, you can follow the contact list format (1 click on "export" to get the format), and type or copy paste details on excel. Only name and mobile numbers are required. Personal salutation and rest of the fields are optional.

Search Feature
- As your contact list grows from hundreds, to thousands, to tens of thousands, finding certain contact information is easily done with the "Search" feature.

- A pop up window will appears.
- Search Scope – you can specify to search only 1 selected contact group (eg: Branch A), or leave it blank to search all the contact groups.
Simple Search – 1 to 2 Criteria
- Example: If you are look for customers all born in the month of Jan, simply type "Jan" on DOB, and click "OK"
Detailed Search – Multiple Criteria
- Example: Other then DOB is "Jan", you can search specifying also the Country is "USA", Designation is "CEO", and etc.

1st Step – Add Recipient.
- You can add recipients manually, import from notepad, or import from the contact list.
- For import from contact list, you can also select the whole group, or only certain personnel from a particular group for importing.
2nd Step – Type SMS Text
- You can type in any languages that you want (eg: Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc)
- You can also insert templates
3rd Step – Send Now

(A) View All SMS Sending Batches
- Yes, you can view all the batches of the SMS
(B) Priority Sending
- Yes, you can prioritize and re-queue your SMS batches. Especially useful if you have authorized batches in large quantities, and while in the midst of sending, suddenly realize that you may that other batches or maybe just a few, or even just 1 single SMS which is very important and must send now (eg: Like urgent SMS to boss).
- You can select "Priority Sending" for this urgent item/batch to jump queue as the next SMS to be sent out first.
(C) Cancel Sending
- Yes, you can still "Cancel Sending" if for items if it had not been sent out.
(D) Enough Blasting For The Day– What To Do?

Wonder what to do if there are still items in the sending queue but you decided it should be enough of SMS blasting for the day and you like to continue sending another day? No problem, you can exit from the SMS software and whatever remaining in the sending queue will auto-continue to send the next time you switch on the SMS software.

"Resend Failed SMS" - For any of the failed messages, you can check again if the phone number is correct or if there is sufficient funds in the prepaid SIM cards. If you will like to resend the failed SMS, simply click "Resend Failed SMS". This feature is especially useful during festive seasons when the telecom network is overly busy which may lead to fail SMS.

If you have read the SMS, the status will also be reflected. Just like how email works, you will be able to identify the read from the unread. You will also be able to sort between the read and unread.

You can also export the received data into a excel report by clicking "export". Once exported in excel, if you wish put into much greater detailed report, you can further use excel features like "Data", select "Text To Column" to sort into your preferred report in format like "name, age, gender, email, date of birth" etc. With excel, you can do practically any report that you prefer.

(8) Automatic Unsubscription |

The system accepts "UN" (non-case sensitive) as an unsubscribe instruction. That is to say, if customers reply SMS with "un", then the SMS system will auto unsubscribe them and block SMS from sending to this same mobile number again in the future.

(A) Message Setting
- You can select to include personal salutation. That is to say, your outgoing SMS will bear each of the recipient name eg: Dear Susan, Hi Siti, Hello Cheryl etc (may refer to contact list creation again to recap personal salutation column)
- You can tick to activate pop up windows, trigger sounds for receipt of SMS
- You can tick to include sender name at end of every SMS
(B) Backup Setting – Allow You To "Clone" Data To Another Computer
- If you have created contact list, templates etc and will like to have the exact same data in another computer, you only need to click "Manuel Backup", save that file. In another computer, click "Restoration" of the saved file, and there you go, you will have this computer storing the exact data as previous computer. This will greatly help you to save time if you are using several computers which need same data.
- With the backup feature, you can also maintain only data that you want on the SMS system, while keep all the past data into backup file.
(C) Security Setting
- Yes, if you like to create password, this is where you can do it.
(D) Modem Set
- It can support up to 4 modems concurrently. If you are using only 1 modem, then 1 of the modem status will shows as "working". If you are using 4 modems, then 4 modem status will show as "working"
- If your country SMS sending rate is such that it is FREE or extremely cheap to send SMS to and from same telecom, where each telecom prefix can be differentiated, you can configure the modem such that it automatically only send to-from same telecom. Eg: modem 1 will automatically process SMS sending of those mobile numbers belong to telecom 1, modem 2 will automatically process SMS sending of those mobile numbers belong to telecom 2, modem 3 will automatically process SMS sending of those mobile numbers belong to telecom 3, and etc. In a nutshell, the SMS system will detect the telecom subscribers mobile numbers prefix automatically and ensure SMS are being sent through the modem bearing the same telecom SIM card

(10) Scheduler – Never Forget Sending Important SMS Again!

- It is for a one time only event ie. This event only happens once, and not repeated.
- This feature is especially useful if you know of certain marketing SMS, training, or meetings which you need to send on future date, you can create it now. No worry about forgetting to send SMS again. Saving you a lot of time.
- The "SMS Now" feature is a 3 steps process, and the "Scheduler" is a 4 steps process.
- 1st step - Set date and time of sending
- 2nd to 4th steps – similar to step 1 to step 3 of "SMS Now" i.e. add contacts, key content, click 'ok' to schedule SMS.

Once you schedule the SMS for future date and time sending, you will be able to view all schedule SMS at a quick glance. You can also edit, cancel, or add more schedule SMS.
- The SMS system will automatically check the scheduler and ensure that SMS are duly sent out on the scheduled period.
- Ths SMS system will also check for schedule SMS unsent and process accordingly eg: if you schedule to send at 9am, but you turn on the computer only at 10am, it will check for all scheduled SMS for the day and send those which are intended to be sent out but unable to execute earlier. No worry if you turn on the computer later than the scheduled time, it will be processed and sent out unless you cancel the scheduled item.

(11)Organizer – For Reoccurring Event Scheduling eg: Festive Seasons, Birthdays, etc

- You can set the reoccurring event to send out on:
- daily (eg: inspiring SMS)
- monthly (eg: monthly promotion, conference)
- yearly (eg: seasons greetings, birthdays greetings)

- For information only, for retail business, the birthday greetings can be set such that it is sent out 1st day of the month wishing clients whom birthdays fall on this month, and taking the opportunity to extend special offer for the whole month for these birthday boys and girls. It is a opportunity of letting customers know they are remembered, and at the same time do some special promotion for these group of clients to close more sales.

- You can choose to auto reply only to members in contact list only (this is useful for members only services or paid subscription services), or to all incoming SMS which meet the auto-reply criteria
